Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Purchases Made Through Retailers

Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We are unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after contacting support@honeypotng.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

Something went wrong with my package delivery; or What if I have a lost or stolen package?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery; as well as a contact who will receive the product(s). Once an order has shipped, Honeypotng is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact recipient regarding the delivery. Also have available all order information to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

We usually highly recommend that the customer be available on the estimated date and time of delivery of the package to avoid such issues.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
